Registration

The Registration Desk will be located on the first floor of Wasserstein Hall.   At the desk you will pick up your lanyard and conference materials. Please wear your lanyard whenever you are in Wasserstein Hall.

North Hall

Checking In
If you are staying at North Hall, and you are arriving on Wednesday, please email conference-coordinator@justmoney.org with your check-in time. If you are checking in any other day, please come to the conference registration desk in Wasserstein Hall between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EDT to pick up your keys as well as your lanyard and conference materials.

Environmental Considerations
Note that in keeping with the environmental focus of the conference, Campus Housing will provide one set of towels and bedding for each guest and does not provide single-use toiletries. Please plan to bring extra towels if you think you may need them, as well as your own toiletries and hair dryers. There is no food at North Hall, but there are shared kitchens with refrigerators where you may store food.

Checking Out
A lock-box is provided in North Hall for you to drop your keys/key cards when you leave. Please remember to do so as the conference has to pay a hefty fine for each key lost.

Lockouts

If a North Hall guest no longer has access to the building and/or room due to a lost or misplaced access card or room key, they must call the Facilities Management Office (617-495-5521) 24/7.

If it is outside of regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8am through 5pm) participants should follow the prompts.

A campus safety guard will meet the participant at the building entrance and provide access to the room.

Participants must comply and provide a government issued picture identification to the campus safety guard for the incident report.

Parking

DAY PARKING

If you need parking during the day, the Everett Street garage is adjacent to the conference venue.  Permits can be purchased up to two weeks in advance through the Harvard Parking Office here:
https://hopps.vpcs.harvard.edu

Once you register for an account at the link above, return to: https://hopps.vpcs.harvard.edu and login with your new username and password. When asked the reason for your visit, please select ‘Other‘ option.

OVERNIGHT PARKING
($20/Day Harvard University)
It is possible to park overnight at Harvard’s 52 Oxford Street garage, which is close to the conference venue.  To book parking there, follow all of the above steps but select 52 Oxford Street instead of the Everett Street Garage.

If you are parking overnight, you need to purchase day passes for the day you arrive, the day you leave, and any days in between. For example if you are arriving on Wednesday and leaving on Sunday you’ll need to purchase permits for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Additional Parking Options
University Place Garage ($28 for 24 hours)
Harvard Square Parking Garage ($38 for 24 hours)
The Charles Square Garage ($45 for 24 hours)
